These terms govern the purchase and use of datasets sold by Zorynthiq. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms in full.
Products
Zorynthiq sells processed financial datasets derived from public domain sources. Our first product consists of SEC regulatory filings obtained from the SEC's EDGAR public database. The underlying source documents are public domain US government publications.
License
Upon purchase, Zorynthiq grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the dataset for commercial and non-commercial purposes. You may use the data to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or build products with machine learning models. You may not resell or redistribute the raw dataset files as a standalone product.
Payment
Datasets are sold as one-time purchases. Payment is processed via Stripe. No subscription or recurring charges are applied. Pricing is stated in US dollars.
Refunds
Because datasets are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the download link has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact us and we will resolve it.
No warranty
Datasets are provided as-is. Zorynthiq makes no warranty regarding completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for evaluating the data before use in production systems.
Acceptable use
You may use Zorynthiq datasets for any lawful purpose including training commercial AI models. You may not use the data in ways that violate applicable law, infringe third-party rights, or facilitate fraud or market manipulation.
Email communications
By completing a purchase, you agree that Zorynthiq may contact you at the email address provided to confirm your order and to inform you of new datasets, updates, or relevant product releases. You may unsubscribe from non-transactional emails at any time by contacting legal@zorynthiq.com.
Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
